Can I change items in the pre-designed furniture packages?

Yes. If you like one of our furniture packages featured on the website, but wish to remove, add or change items, all you have to do is contact us to discuss your requirements. We will then send you a revised quote for the items you require.

Can I change the sofa style in the furniture package?

Yes. We have a vast choice of sofa styles, from classic to contemporary, in a wide range of fabrics, including leather.

We also offer sofa beds for those extra guests!

A change in sofa style may result in a price change for the furniture package.

Is there a choice of sofa fabrics?

Yes. We have an extensive range of sofa styles, all with a vast choice of colours and fabrics.

Can I choose my matching bedding and curtains?

There is a choice of curtain styles. If you choose from the Standard range, the price is included in the furniture package price. If you prefer a style from the Additions range, there is an additional cost. Matching bedding can be provided at customer’s request.

I can’t visit my property to choose my furnishings – can you help?

Yes. We can help in a number of ways. We have a range of pre-designed furniture packages for you to choose from, which you can customise as detailed above. Alternatively, why not take advantage of our remote design service. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll design a package for you. everything will be emailed to you for your approval, along with choice of wood colour and sofa colour samples.

Alternatively, arrange for one of our consultants to visit you in your home, free of charge.

I need some advice about furnishing my property

If you are unable to visit your property to choose your furnishings, and you’re not sure what you want, why not arrange an appointment with one of our design team for a FREE consultation. we will work with you, providing advice on the type and style of furniture for your requirements.

Do I have to have a furniture package?

No. You can purchase single items.

How do I order one of your furniture packages?

Please contact us with your furniture package choice. We will tell you the total price and send you a detailed invoice for you to confirm your order. Once confirmed, a deposit of 50% is required to initiate the actioning of the order.

How long do I have to wait for delivery?

It depends on the furniture ordered. All furniture is made to order, with an approximate time of 6-8 weeks. However, it would be advisable to place your order 12 weeks before installation to avoid disappointment.

Do I have to be present for installation?

No. We will arrange collection of your property keys from your designated key holder and return them after installation is complete.

I would like my property cleaned before installation. Can you do this?

Yes. After the initial builders’ clean, properties are not always sparkling clean. If you wish us to provide a cleaning service before installation of your furnishings, please contact us and we’ll give you a quote.

How do I pay for my furniture?

A 50% deposit is required with confirmation of order. Usually the easiest way to pay this is by bank transfer.

The remaining 50% is required to be paid 7 days before installation; again, the easiest way to pay is by bank transfer.
